Sadler England Poinsettia Cream & Sugar

Poinsettia and Holly decorated cream and sugar by Sadler.  Made in England, this set matches the teapot which can be found here:

There is some light cracking on the base of the creamer as can be seen in the pictures.  The cracks do not come through to the inside.  Otherwise, the set is in excellent condition with no chips.
