Shipping policy

Carrier

All qualifying orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS.  Certain items that do not ship due to their size or fragility are available for pickup or local delivery only as stated in the product description.  Rates for shipping with Canada Post and UPS are posted clearly at time of checkout.

Order Processing Time

Shipped and Local Delivery Orders require a 24 hour processing time.  For In-Store Pickup orders, there is up to an 8 hour processing time between the hours of 10am and 6pm EST Monday through Sunday.  Once the order is ready, a confirmation email will be sent to advise that the order is ready to be shipped, delivered or picked up.

Domestic and International Shipping Options

Both domestic and international shipping options are through Canada Post or UPS.  The options and rates will be visible at time of checkout.

Duties and Taxes

Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer or end user and not Queen Anne’s Lace.

Local Delivery/Pickup in Store

Certain items are available only for local delivery and pickup in store due to the size or fragility of the item.  Items that do not ship are clearly marked as local delivery or pickup only in the product description.

Local Delivery is offered on all items.  Queen Anne’s Lace will deliver locally within a 50 km radius of the store. 

In-Store Pickup will be arranged with the individual customer at the time of order via email or phone. 

Returns, Exchanges, Damages, Lost Packages

There is a NO RETURN policy at Queen Anne’s Lace.  The only exception is if an item is received and is damaged.  Please contact us immediately if this is the case at info@queenanneslace.ca and we will come to a solution suited to both parties.  For further information on this, please see the Return Policy.
