Gorgeous covered vegetable dish in flow blue. Circa 1900, the base is by Samuel Ford & Co. Burslem, England in the pattern 'Bueno'. The lid is in a similar pattern but there are no makers marks to identify it.
In fair condition, there is crazing throughout the base and lid and there is a chip out of the base rim as pictured. Please refer to pictures for further detail.
Measures approximately 12-1/2" from handle to handle and has a 8-3/4" x 6-1/4" opening. The piece measures approximately 7" high with the lid on.
